By accessing or using BrandShadow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of brandshadow.ai, including hotel account holders and visitors.
BrandShadow is operated by KindStay Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
BrandShadow is an AI visibility and brand monitoring platform for hotels. The Service includes:
To access the full Service, you must register as a hotel account holder. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
By providing property content (descriptions, images, rates, booking links, amenities, and other information) to BrandShadow, you:
You can update or remove your content at any time through the BrandShadow dashboard. Removal may take up to 24 hours to propagate to connected AI platforms.
You agree not to:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on brandshadow.ai/pricing. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
One free AI visibility audit is available per domain. Additional audits require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free audit at any time.
Our ChatGPT application serves hotel content to travellers asking about hotels in AI conversations. We do not guarantee that your content will appear in any specific AI conversation or search result. Distribution depends on factors outside our control including AI platform policies and user behaviour.
BrandShadow and its underlying technology, design, and software are owned by KindStay Ltd. You retain ownership of the hotel content you provide. You grant us the licence described in Section 4 for the duration of your subscription.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI visibility results will meet your expectations. AI platforms are operated by third parties and their behaviour is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KindStay Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support@brandshadow.ai.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
